On December 19, 2024, TecnetOne wrapped up the year with an unprecedented celebration. We dressed to the nines (literally) to close the year with style and heart. It was an inspiring night, filled with emotion, recognition, laughter, and major announcements.
In true Hollywood fashion, with a red carpet, lights, glamour, and plenty of good vibes, we celebrated the inaugural edition of the Wrocky’s Awards 2024. A gala designed to honor those who, through their daily efforts, drive our culture, our results, and our purpose.
A Celebration with Purpose
The idea behind the Wrocky’s Awards was born with a very clear goal: to recognize the talent, passion, and commitment that each person brings to TecnetOne. Because we know that without the people who make up this community, none of what we achieved this year would have been possible. And what we achieved this year was truly incredible.
During the ceremony, our CEO Gustavo Sánchez took the stage to share a recap of 2024 that filled us with pride—from the consolidation of new services and groundbreaking projects to the expansion of our teams. He also gave us a glimpse of what's to come in 2025, with a clear and powerful vision: to grow with purpose, innovate with impact, and always stay true to our human essence.
The Wrocky’s Awards 2024: Recognizing the Best in Us
In total, we presented nine awards across different categories that reflect the values and strengths that define us. Here are the stars of the night:
🥇 TecnetStarter – Alexander Chapellin, SEO Copywriter
This award recognizes those who start their journey at TecnetOne showing that enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn are key ingredients for growth. Alexander Chapellin joined this year with little prior experience but an unstoppable attitude. He learned, adapted, and quickly began to shine as an SEO Copywriter, positioning our messages with strategy, creativity, and purpose. Today, we celebrate his growth, but above all, his example of effort and perseverance from day one.
🥇 TecnetShadow – Juan Lucumí, Development Specialist
Some people may not be in the spotlight, but without them, nothing would be the same. This award honors that silent yet vital work. Juan Lucumí is one of those talents who, without making noise, makes everything run smoothly. As a Development Specialist, his commitment, precision, and consistency have been essential this year.
🥇 TecnetCloser – Adriana Rosales, IT Sales Specialist
Deal after deal, closing after closing, Adriana Rosales has been a key force in our sales team. Her ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions made her shine as an IT Sales Specialist. This award celebrates her direct impact on TecnetOne’s growth and her talent for turning every conversation into an opportunity.
🥇 TecnetLeader – Levi Quero, Administration & Finance Lead
Leadership doesn’t always come with a title—it comes with attitude, commitment, and action. This year, Levi Quero proved exactly that: he took initiative, guided his team, and set the course without being asked.
Thanks to his effort and example, today he is not only a leader by nature but also by role. With this award, we celebrate his inspiring transition and his impact as Administration & Finance Lead.
🥇 TecnetProject – Lorena Mundo, Auditor de Procesos y Calidad
This recognition goes to those who turn ideas into results. Lorena Mundo led an audit and process improvement project that not only optimized operations but also drove a true internal transformation. Her dedication, vision, and meticulous work as a Process and Quality Auditor left a lasting impact across all areas. This award celebrates not just the project, but the positive change it brought with it.
🥇 TecnetInnovator – Gustavo Sanchéz, CEO de TNO
This year, the Innovation Award could go to no one else. Gustavo Sánchez led one of the most ambitious projects in our history: the creation of our own SOC (Security Operations Center), integrating technologies and processes that now position us as a cybersecurity benchmark. More than thinking outside the box, Gustavo built something entirely new. This award recognizes his vision, relentless effort, and unique ability to turn ideas into history-making realities.
🥇 TecnetGrowth – Adán Cuevas, Technology & Support
He grew, overcame challenges, and reinvented himself. This award celebrates those who see every challenge as an opportunity to learn and improve. Adán Cuevas made tremendous strides this year within the Technology and Support team, developing new skills and expanding his professional impact. His story is a testament to the fact that growth never stops—and that with determination and consistency, results will follow.
🥇 TecnetLegacy – Scarlet Mendoza, Marketing Lead
Some people don’t just work at a company—they help build it. Scarlet Mendoza has been one of those foundational pieces who, through years of dedication and commitment, has left a deep mark on our culture and our story. As Marketing Lead, her vision, consistency, and passion have helped position TecnetOne and communicate who we are. This award honors everything she has done—and everything she has sown for the future.
🥇 TecnetHeart of the Year – Zoilijee Quero, CCO & CoFounder
This is, without a doubt, the most heartfelt award of the night. Because it goes beyond roles and results—it honors the person who is the heart of it all. Zoilijee Quero has been the embodiment of absolute dedication, unwavering support, and human-centered leadership.
She has been there every step of the way, inspiring, motivating, and reminding us through her example that what we do has a greater purpose. Today, we celebrate the one who makes TecnetOne not only function, but feel, live, and dream.

What This Night Left Us
Beyond the awards, the hugs, the photos, and the applause, the Wrocky’s Awards 2024 left us with something much greater: the certainty that we are building something truly unique. That here, effort is valued, growth is recognized, and humanity is celebrated. We also set a precedent for what will become many more editions to come. This was just the first, but we already feel it marks the beginning of a tradition that reinforces our culture and strengthens our team.
